Weekly rate ranges from £390-£740 per week depending on the season:
2021 Weekly Rates
1 June - 16 July: £610
16 July - 3 September: £740 (minimum one week booking)
1st-17th December: £410
17th December - 3rd January 2021: £610 (minimum one week booking)
Minimum stay is 3 nights (£200 minimum) except in High Season when minimum stay is one week, with a Friday to Friday changeover day.
Changeover in High Season is on Fridays. There is flexibility off season.
Please bring your own bath and beach towels. They can be provided at an additional cost of £5 per set (hand/ bath towels).
Children and babies very welcome, no smoking or pets.

Booking Terms and Conditions for 6,The Maltings, Appledore
The cottage is available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Guests are requested to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure.
To confirm a booking a deposit of £100 is required, which will be deducted from your final payment.
We will confirm the booking once we have received your completed booking form and deposit. This will also give the date when the balance is due, four weeks before the start of your holiday. If you are booking less than four weeks before the start of your holiday, please send the full amount at the time of your booking.
Guests will be liable for any costs incurred caused by damage to the house or its contents.
Please leave the cottage clean and tidy. We regret that pets are not permitted. This is a non-smoking cottage.
Guests need to bring bath and beach towels as these are not provided. Towels can be provided by prior request at an extra charge of £5 per hand/bath towel set per person. Bed linen, tea towels and two hand towels for the bathroom and cloakroom are included in the cottage rental.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children, and for the safe operation of gas and electrical appliances whilst staying in the cottage. We do our best to make sure that everything is in good working order but cannot guarantee this or be responsible for things outside our control. Please let us know if anything is not working properly, is missing or broken.
If you have to cancel your holiday after making the booking, we regret that we can only refund the deposit if we are able to make a replacement booking. We recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover this. If for any reason the cottage is not available at the time you have booked we will refund your money in full, but accept no further liability.
